Sooth Your New Frank Ocean Jones With This Major Lazer Cover Of ‘Lost’

It’s not new Frank Ocean, but it will have to do.

Major Lazer and MØ have covered “Lost” during peak #FrankSeason. In true Diplo fashion, the track is transformed from a low-key and wandering cut into a hyper-focused and dubby song with some maximalist synths thrown in for good measure.

MØ, for her part, takes on Ocean’s vocals and comes out largely unscathed. Where Frank’s practically muttered the lines were on the original, M unleashes soaring vocals to be heard over Major Lazer’s characteristically chaotic production.

The track is available to download for free. Diplo says he offered the track “for all the lazersquad cuz we love you.”
