Chance The Rapper Covered Kanye West’s ‘Family Business’ And Shouted Out His Newborn Daughter

Chance The Rapper & The Social Experiment dropped a cover of his hometown’s most famous export (narrowly edging out “shocking gun crimes statistics”), Kanye West, during his set at Summer Ends Festival, which presumably got its name by throwing a dart at a LiveJournal post.

Chance ended the cover of the College Dropout track with a nod to his newborn daughter. “Used to be Chance The Rapper, now I’m Chance The Daddy,” he crooned at the end of the song.

Check out the cover up top. Chance continued his streak of excellent shows like the one at the Pitchfork Music Festival that left us absolutely starstruck.

And while we’re talking Kanye, let’s have a serious discussion about the new album frenzy.
