According to multiple news sources, Paris, France is experience attacks with bursts of violence, explosions, and gunfire across the entire city. One of those areas under siege is reportedly the Paris Bataclan concert hall, where hard rock band Eagles Of Death Metal happened to be performing on Friday.

Exact numbers at this point are speculative and changing, but it’s been reported that 15 deaths in Paris occurred at Paris Bataclan alone with 60-100 hostages in total. There is no word of who exactly is captured at the venue or who is committing the attack, but it seems to be a part of a larger siege upon Paris that includes an explosion near a local football stadium, Stade de France, with a match occurring between French and German national teams. This violence is also in addition to the gunfire at a nearby restaurant, where reports indicate there was a shootout involving automatic weapons.

None of the members of Eagles Of Death Metal have released a statement as of yet, but it is known that Josh Homme did not join the rest of the group on their European tour, according to Consequence of Sound. We plan to stay on this story as it develops.
