Anime elf assassin Grimes wrote “Go” for Rihanna, figuring maybe she could get in on that RiRi money. But it got turned down for one reason or another, and she decided to record the song herself (with help from Blood Diamonds). She wrote in a press release, “It’s our summer jam so we figured we should put it out cuz I am very bored of waiting to finish my album b4 releasing new music haha.” Hear it below.
