Someone Mashed Up Justin Bieber’s ‘What Do You Mean’ With Usher’s ‘Nice And Slow’ For The Ultimate Slow Jam

Justin Bieber has long shared a great relationship with Usher. First off, he decided to sign with him when he was being heavily recruited with the likes of Diddy and Justin Timberlake. Since then, the two have found massive success together, as you already know. Back when the Biebs was really screwing up, Usher even said of keeping him in line: “I’ll punch him in the f*cking chest when I need to and give him a hug and kiss when I need to.” Talk about tough love.

Either way, the two have forged a powerful partnership, and being that they haven’t collaborated save for deep album cuts, it would only make sense to mash these two artists up. Plus, Justin is in luck, because he’s abiding by the scientifically proven fact that all things are made better by ’90s R&B songs.

Created by remixer and DJ Initial Talk, “What Do You Mean (Nice & Slow ’98 Mix)” mashes up Justin’s smash single with one of Usher’s first sexy slow jam hits. Truth be told, even with all of their similarities in mind, it’s still surprising how well these two songs go together.

Thinking about it, even the videos are similar. Both involve a heartthrob singer whose girlfriend is kidnapped and the leading guy has to go save her from violent criminals. Although, Usher loses an eye and speaks French in his video. Still. Pretty close!
