Last week when Nick Cannon gave an interview to Power 106’s Big Boy, I wondered if Mariah Carey probably wasn’t going to be happy with her husband/purse holder for spilling the beans of his past sexual conquests to the entire world in a radio interview. As it turns out, as anyone who is a woman or has ever met a woman could have easily predicted, Mariah was PISSED.
In an interview with Howard Stern yesterday, a clearly restrained Cannon pleaded with Howard not to get him in any more trouble with the wife, since he’s already dug his grave with his gigantic dumb face-shovel. The unintentionally hilarious thing, though? Allegedly Mariah Carey doesn’t even know who Kim Kardashian is. And since Nick Cannon’s testicles have now officially drawn back up inside of his body, I kind of don’t think he was making his usual bad joke.
“She doesn’t even know who Kim Kardashian is. She doesn’t pay attention to that. … I thought I was being coy and cunning by naming someone or people that I actually was in a relationship with. The world knew these, these weren’t like names that, you know, I pulled out of a hat – these are people you’ve seen me on red carpets with, engaged, in love and all of that stuff, so wasn’t like it was new information. … You know sometimes, as my wife says, sometimes I should just keep my big mouth shut.” Via
Word to live by, Nick Cannon — the rest of us echo your wife’s sentiments. Also how amazing would it be to live in a world where you don’t know who Kim Kardashian is? It’s almost like the karmic reward for living in a world where you’re married to Nick Cannon.
