Metallica are about to kick off their North American tour behind their latest album Hardwired…To Self-Destruct. But for fans who can’t wait to hear the legendary thrash-metal band do its thing, they’ve decided to share a live rehearsal video of some of their set to their fans on Facebook. “Now That We’re Live” will broadcast four songs via Facebook Live and show off some of the technical elements that fans can expect on their upcoming tour.

“We are psyched to share some of our rehearsals and final pre-production run-through with our friends around the world, and we hope you’ll come hang with us as we fire up the engines for the North American Summer run,” Lars Ulrich said in a press release about the event.

During the broadcast — which goes down on 5/9 at 9 PM EST — fans will have the opportunity to donate to the band’s charitable foundation All Within My Hands. The charity provides support to Bay Area food banks and nationwide music education programs.
