I’m pretty sure that before Oprah interviews anyone the foremost thing on her mind is, “What can I do to make them cry on camera?” And she’s quite good at it. Her latest victim: Pharrell Williams, for whom Oprah played a montage of people performing their own versions of “Happy.”
After he composed himself Pharrell explained, “It’s overwhelming, because it’s like I love what I do, and I just appreciate the fact that people have believed in me for so long that I could make it to this point to feel that.” Enjoy.
