Flea From Red Hot Chili Peppers Fired Back At Clint Eastwood With One Strong Tweet

Recently, Clint Eastwood made noise for the first time since he talked to a chair, as he went on a weird tirade about how the current generation is the “kiss-ass” and “pussy” generation. This is mostly because people are concerned about stuff being racist now, saying, “We see people accusing people of being racist and all kinds of stuff. When I grew up, those things weren’t called racist.” Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea, upon reading these remarks from Eastwood, decided to take to Twitter to put Eastwood in his place.

Flea tweeted: “Hey Clint Eastwood count me in as a pussy as we aspire to evolve above racism.” Now, Flea is 53 years old, so he is probably not actually part of what Eastwood is imagining as the “pussy generation.” Or maybe he is. Who knows what Eastwood was babbling on about. Nevertheless, Flea, and his fellow Chili Peppers, were adamant supporters of Bernie Sanders when he was running for President, even performing at a benefit concert for Sanders. Clearly, he was not going to stand for Eastwood’s vaguely pro-Trump ramblings about everybody making a “big hoodoo” about racism.

Eastwood will likely not find out about Flea’s tweet, one assumes he thinks Twitter is for pussies, and this won’t change anything about the political climate we currently find ourselves in. At least Flea seems like a solid guy, and figured he’d say something about Eastwood’s nonsense.
