The World May Finally Get The Taylor Swift And Young Buck Collab It Deserves

Despite Taylor Swift‘s very public battle with rhythm, the pop country superstar has always held a soft spot for hip-hop. There’s her unforgettable team up with T-Pain on “Thug Story,” as well as her front-seat version of Kendrick Lamar’s “Backseat Freestyle.” But at the 2015 Shorty Awards, Taylor may have initiated the first steps of linking up with some hip-hop royalty from her own backyard of Nashville, or Ca$hville as Young Buck would say.

While accepting the award for Best Fansite, Taylor thanked her fans and then decided to run off the chorus of Young Buck’s 2004 mega hit “Shorty Wanna Ride.” Apparently, Young Buck was put in the loop (or is a huge fan of web-based award shows) and decided to send out this Instagram to her with an interesting caption.

“Shawty Wanna Work Wit Cha,” you say? We have to get these two into RCA Studio B immediately. The streets needs this. Which streets? That’s still unclear.
