That Insane Clown Posse Suing The FBI Thing Is Actually Happening

In August, we wrote about how the FBI is NOT down with the (Insane) clown (Posse), after they named Juggalos “a loosely-organized hybrid gang,” one just as dangerous as the Crazy F*cking Mexicans, Cut Throat Crew/Committee, and Satan Gangster Disciples. (For a good time, check out the full list of gang names in the FBI’s National Gang Threat Assessment.) Misters Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope announced at the Gathering of the Juggalos that they were planning on suing the FBI, and that’s exactly what they’re doing.

According to Gawker‘s Camille Dodero:

On August 24, ICP’s legal team filed a Freedom of Information Act request demanding the FBI release whatever information led the organization to label Juggalos a gang. There’s been no response, so today, the band’s representatives filed suit against the FBI in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan “for its failure to produce any documentary evidence in support of the FBI’s classification of the groups’ fan base.” (Via)

We’re with you, Juggalos, or to put it in words you might understand:

We talkin’ about homies, homies
Talkin’ about road dogs of mine
Our mothaf*ckin’, homies, homies
We throwin’ up clown love signs, Real Juggalo
Homies, homies
Talkin’ about road dogs of mine
Homies, homies

What he said.
