Politicians just seem to bring out the extra slyness in The Tonight Show‘s resident musicians. Just a few days after they kicked off Donald Trump’s disastrous interview by mocking his border wall with some well-placed Erykah Badu, The Roots let everyone know what they think of the conspiracy theories surrounding Hillary Clinton. The Democratic presidential candidate walked on to Black Thought and crew playing Ghostface Killah‘s “Mighty Healthy” from his classic LP, Supreme Clientele.

The counterpoint was much-needed, as Jimmy Fallon began the interview by donning a surgical mask and sanitizing his hands. Normally, this would be a fine bit, but given that he did everything short of scratch Donald Trump’s belly earlier this week, it rang as a little bit wrongheaded.

It’s not the first time that The Roots have made their opinion of a guest known via the walk-on music. The band generated quite a bit of controversy when they played on former presidential candidate Michelle Bachmann with the Fishbone song “Lyin’ Ass B*tch,” which nearly jeopardized the Roots’ gig on the show.

To his credit, Fallon gave Clinton a chance to explain her current health situation and what caused her scare earlier this month.

“Nothing like a little rest when your doctor tells you to and you don’t do it,” she said. “I’m used to just getting up and powering through it and it turned out I couldn’t.”

In what seemed like a bit of damage control over how poorly his Trump interview was received, Fallon also got a bunch of digs in on Trump via a gift bag that he supposedly left Clinton. Check out the whole interview up top at around the 11:30 mark.
