Well this isn’t very fun. TMZ has obtained video of Tim McGraw slapping one of his female fans in the face. The reason? She couldn’t keep her hands off his junk.
TMZ claims the woman reached up to slap McGraw’s crotch. McGraw’s rep had a lighter (more PC) take: “Tim was singing out in the audience and someone firmly grabbed onto his leg and wouldn’t let go as he was moving through the crowd. He instinctively swatted to try to keep them from ripping his jeans (which they succeeded at doing!), and so he could get to more fans who could slap hands with him before the end of the show.”
As Gawker points out, McGraw has had to defend himself from crotch-grabbers in the past. During a 2007 concert in Louisiana, another fan tried to grab McGraw’s junk, only to get berated by his wife: “Somebody needs to teach you some class, my friend,” Faith Hill yelled at the assailant. “You don’t go grabbin’ somebody else’s, somebody’s husband’s [private parts], you understand me? That’s very disrespectful.”
Ladies, please stop grabbing Tim McGraw’s junk.
