Kendrick Lamar Makes A Cameo In Travis Scott’s Psychedelic ‘Goosebumps’ Video

After dropping it as an Apple Music exclusive last week, Travis Scott added his new video for his Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight single “Goosebumps” featuring Kendrick Lamar to YouTube today.

Starting out with a crazed, cut scene that culminates with a skeleton catching on fire and turning into Trav sitting on a bed surrounded by female companions, it shifts into a wild, multi-colored visual rollercoaster, complete with snakes slithering out of his eyeballs, barking German Shepherds and bouncing low riders. Kendrick Lamar shows up midway through, reprising his guest while laying down on his back. The video ends with Scott, sprouting wings and smoking on an throne in a place that looks a whole lot like Hell, and very closely resembles the artwork on his most recent album.

Scott took to Twitter to announce that the single had gone No. 1 on the rhythmic radio charts. “Thank you to all the DJs that go hard at what they do,” he wrote. The distinction may have spurred him to drop the new clip today.

Now that we think about it, this official video mirrors a lot of Trav’s performance on Jimmy Kimmel back in January. It’s obviously more fully-fleshed out in its final form, but Scott’s propensity for disorienting psychedelics is on full display.
