On Thursday, we shared the news that Warren G is working on a sequel to his classic album Regulate… G Funk Era. According to Warren, the album would feature unreleased Nate Dogg vocals and contributions from Jeezy, E-40, Bun B and Too $hort.

We’re happy to announce that he wasn’t just blowing smoke. Warren G has released the first lost Nate Dogg collaboration, a song called “My House” built from the Madness song “Our House.”

Warren G told Billboard that he’s releasing the album due to fan demand.

“[Fans] have been asking for years; ever since he passed away and even before he passed away, they wanted music from me and him,” he said. “It was a lot to work on records with one of your buddies, one of your best friends who’s not with you anymore.”

The Regulate… G Funk Era Part II EP drops on August 6.
