Watch John Cena And WWE Make A Sick Kid’s Dream Come True

As we’re reminded time and again, John Cena is one of the most divisive figures in wrestling. Some people like him, some people hate him, and, of course, that’s okay. One thing we can’t deny is Cena’s dedication to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. As of right now, Cena is currently the record holder for most wishes granted by a single individual, and that number keeps going up.

Each year, ESPN teams with Make-A-Wish and professional athletes to help grant five wishes for their “My Wish” series. The series has helped grant wishes for 50 sick children since 2006. The athletes ESPN has teamed with this year include the San Francisco 49ers, Andrew McCutchen, and John Cena. ESPN and WWE worked together to surprise young K.J., a boy recovering after a life-saving kidney transplant.

Triple H first shows up to surprise K.J. with a video message from Cena, before bringing him to Monday Night Raw. K.J. Gets to meet Cesaro, King Barrett, and have maybe one of the most adorable interactions with Big Show ever. K.J. celebrates with John Cena in the ring, and, listen: He can do as many terrible springboard stunners as he wants if it means he can keep making kids this happy.
