Well, Brock Lesnar’s Madison Square Garden Opponent Has Been Revealed

Brock Lesnar may be off WWE TV for a while, but he’ll be making an appearance on the WWE Network in their MSG show on Oct. 3. If you recall, his last WWE Network show on July 4 was a glorified squash match against Kofi Kingston (also featuring him trashing the New Day, effectively ruining the moment of him and Big E having a meaningful face-off). Still, it was entertaining for what it was. So, it’s reasonable to have high hopes for his match in New York.

His next opponent has been announced.

Well, it’s The Big Show.

We never exaggerate here on the internet, so I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this is the worst possible choice for Brock’s new opponent. Brock isn’t going to suplex Big Show 14 times. We’re not going to see him toss a guy around. He’s just going to… bore us to death?

People are going to reference Show and Lesnar’s chemistry together in the Smackdown days, but I just want to remind everyone that those matches took place more than a decade ago. So, instead of getting this…

We’ll probably get more of this…

Yay?
