New Bullet Club Member Adam Cole Misses Ring Of Honor Events After Being Hospitalized For Pneumonia

Back at Global Wars 2016 in May, former Ring of Honor world champion Adam Cole was revealed to be the newest member of Bullet Club as the heel group interrupted the main event between Jay Lethal and Colt Cabana, leaving everything wrecked and everyone in sight victim of a superkick or ten.

With The Bullet Club losing the likes of AJ Styles, Karl Anderson, and Luke Gallows in recent months, they were in need another big name to re-legitimize them as a group, and Cole fits that mold well.

Unfortunately, folks in Hopkins, Minnesota and Milwaukee will not get to see the newest Bullet Club member in action on the Ring of Honor Best in the World tour, as he is being forced to miss those events after being hospitalized in Philadelphia with pneumonia.

Cole was scheduled to face Chris Sabin in Hopkins and Cabana in Milwaukee. Sabin ended up facing Will Ferrara in Hopkins, while Milwaukee will have a new main event of Cabana teaming with Lethal to take on the Young Bucks.

The next big ROH show is “Best In The World” which is scheduled for June 24th, and Cole is set to face Cabana and Roderick Strong in a three-way match to determine the number one contender for the ROH world title. It is unclear right now if Cole’s illness is bad enough where his appearance at that show is in jeopardy.
