Watch John Cena Get His Nose Broken During The Main Event Of Raw

Monday’s Raw ended with United States Champion John Cena defending his title against WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins in a great main event, but it’ll mostly be remembered for one thing: Seth Rollins throwing a jumping knee and breaking the face of The Face That Runs The Place.

The move happened midway through the match, and despite doctors running in to check on him, Cena continued for another five minutes. That’s a testament to the man’s toughness no matter how you look at it. Here’s the knee, which is a straight-up Sagat from Street Fighter II Tiger Knee. All he had to do was yell the word.

And here it is in GIF form, courtesy of WWE Universe:

The aftermath is even grosser. Here’s a clip from Jimmy Traina featuring Cena climbing the ropes while most of his face stays on the ground.

If you missed the show, don’t worry: Cena still won. He managed to avoid a Phoenix Splash from the WWE World Heavyweight Champion and tap him out clean to an STF in the middle of the ring. Well, as clean as you can be when you’re covered in blood.
