An Accused Steroid Dealer Claims Roman Reigns Was A Customer, Along With Mark Wahlberg

Richard Rodriguez was the main target of a DEA raid on Iron Addicts Gym in Miami, Florida in February 2017 and was arrested for heading up an international steroid ring.

Rodriguez, who was the co-owner of the gym, was accused of buying product from China and manufacturing and distributing steroids in the United States and internationally. Recently, Rodriguez decided to go on record with documentary filmmaker Jonny Bravo and allege that he had a number of celebrity clients.

Among those he names, along with actors Josh Duhamel and Mark Wahlberg, is WWE superstar Roman Reigns, at about the 4:20 mark of the video below.

It’s important to note that these are just allegations from Rodriguez and Reigns has not once been tied to the gym or DEA investigation in any reporting. It’s also a bizarre trio of list of names with Reigns, Duhamel and Wahlberg all being outed. Reigns was suspended once under the WWE’s Wellness Policy, but that was allegedly over him taking Adderall, not for steroids.

What also makes these claims fishy is that Rodriguez claims he was introduced to Reigns through one of the people that ended up being an informant in the investigation. One would think if that were the case, Reigns would have, at least at some point, been included in some kind of questioning during the investigation. In any case, WWE has not released any statement regarding the claim, and may not at all being that it is, to this point, one unsubstantiated accusation.
