We’re all very happy that Total Divas is finally back, of course, and we’re just beginning to celebrate its weekly absurdity once again. But now we’re getting even MORE good news, because that wonderful spin-off that gave us The Miz and Maryse’s wonderful “John and Nikki” characters will be getting a second season, and we’ll be able to watch that second season this year.
Yes, Total Bellas will be back for a second season. The Bellas! Their fellas! The Bellas and their fellas! And while the conceit of the first season — all of the Bellas and the aforementioned fellas living under one roof — is no longer a going concern, there’s certainly no shortage of Bella/fella happenings to deal with. Brie and Bryan are about to have a kid, John and Nikki got engaged at WrestleMania (which you may have heard about), and so on. JJ probably did a thing, too, who cares.
In a new video of Nikki just hanging out in bed with her enormous engagement ring, Nicole revealed that the second season has been entirely wrapped, and that the episodes will begin dropping in September.
“September” is probably as close as we’re going to get at the time being to a definitive date, although a specific month is definitely something solid that we can mark on our calendars. What, you don’t keep a calendar of Bellas and/or fellas happenings? For shame, you amateurs.
