As you may recall Kevin Nash was recently suspended from his Legends contract when he got into a fight, and maybe chokeslammed, this son on Christmas Eve. Eventually the charges against Nash were dropped because he didn’t instigate the Christmas Eve brawl, so no worries, everything’s cool now. No no, don’t question why Nash’s son attacked him on Christmas – EVERYTHING’S GREAT.
In fact everybody’s so over the Christmas brawl, word is WWE has decided to induct Kevin Nash into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2015. Nash didn’t exactly take his brief suspension well, sending out an array of grumpy tweets during his brief time out, so it’s hard to see this induction as anything but a hasty make good. Nash’s induction is definitely a last second situation, as the previously planned induction of Larry Zbyszko has reportedly been pushed back until next year.
In other Hall of Fame news, it’s also being reported that The Bushwhackers will be added to the Hall this year, because “this act was on TV frequently for a while” is literally the only qualification required for the WWE HoF. Being good or successful is really more of a bonus.
Forget selling your HoF ring, these guys are going to trade them for magic beans.
