On Thursday night, the Yellow Brand held their latest batch of television tapings at Full Sail. Please be aware that everything you read in the subsequent paragraphs is an actual, massive, legitimate spoiler for what will happen over the next several weeks of NXT television. Results from the 8/24/17 NXT tapings:
1. Jazzy Gabert defeated Leah Knox. Gabert won via submission.
— Drew McIntyre made his first Full Sail appearance as NXT Champion. He promised to be a fighting champion, and that brought out Roderick Strong to issue a challenge.
2. Peyton Royce defeated Ruby Riot. Billie Kay hit Riot with a big boot on the outside, then Royce hit the fisherman suplex for the pin.
3. Heavy Machinery defeated Local Talent.
4. Roderick Strong defeated Bobby Roode. Strong got the pin after a knee strike and two backbreakers.
— After the match, McIntyre came out and pointed at Strong, but was jumped from behind and beaten down by Adam Cole, Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly.
5. Andrade “Cien” Almas defeated Cezar Bononi. Zelina was a guest on commentary during this match.
— Aleister Black delivered his first Full Sail promo. He was interrupted by Velveteen Dream, who made advances.
6. Johnny Gargano defeated Riddick Moss.
7. Lars Sullivan defeated three men in a handicap match. After the match, No Way Jose came out to confront Sullivan. Sullivan laid him out again.
8. Sonya Deville defeated Zeda. Deville won by submission.
9. No Disqualification Match: Kassius Ohno defeated Hideo Itami. Ohno got the pin after a low blow and an elbow.
10. Ruby Riot and Nikki Cross defeated Billie Kay and Peyton Royce. Cross was a surprise partner. She laid out Iconic, then tagged herself out and Riot won by pinfall after a senton.
11. Street Profits defeated Ealy Brothers. Montez Ford got the pin after hitting a frog splash.
12. WWE United Kingdom Championship Match: Pete Dunne (c) defeated Wolfgang. Cole, Fish and O’Reilly appeared after the match and attacked. Dunne rolled out and escaped but Wolfgang got beat down. Mustache Mountain came to check on him after.
13. Johnny Gargano defeated Tino Sabbatelli. Gargano won by submission with the Gargano Escape.
14. Bianca Belair defeated Lacey Evans. Belair hit the hair whip and powerbomb and got the pin.
15. Lars Sullivan defeated No Way Jose. Sullivan hit his finisher and pinned Jose.
16. Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish defeated Trent Seven and Tyler Bate. Cole accompanied Fish and O’Reilly to the ring. He got involved, kicking Bate on the outside while Fish and O’Reilly hit a double-team move and pinned Seven.
— After the match, McIntyre appeared and ran off the heel faction. There was a staredown, then the lights came on and SAnitY appeared behind Cole and his cronies.
— An Asuka video package was shown on the big screen, then William Regal welcomed the NXT Women’s Champion to the ring. She vacated the title and Regal said he had begun negotiations with Raw and Smackdown Live. The locker room came out to wish her farewell and Triple H took the title from her and gave her a hug.
