Here are your quick and dirty, editorial-free WWE Smackdown Live results for March 12, 2019. The first show after WWE Fastlane featured a WrestleMania opportunity for Kofi Kingston, Rey Mysterio pinning the U.S. champ and more. WWE Smackdown Live Results:

Shane McMahon opened the show saying he’s the best in the world because he was born that way. McMahon said he enjoyed beating Miz on Sunday and he’ll do it again at WrestleMania.

1. Aleister Black, Richochet and The Hardy Boyz vs. Rusev, Shinsuke Nakamura and The Bar ended in a no contest. All eight men fought to a no contest before The New Day ran down and cleared the ring. After the match, the Usos cut a promo on the Smackdown tag team division.

Randy Orton came down to the ring and cut a promo on AJ Styles working in bingo halls while he was winning titles in WWE. Styles talked up his indie pals making it to WWE before the promo ended in the Phenomenal One making a challenge to Orton for WrestleMania.

2. Asuka defeated Sonya Deville. Asuka defeated Deville via submission with the Asuka Lock.

Becky Lynch got on the mic and talked down Charlotte and Ronda Rousey. Charlotte cut her off and said fans support her because they feel sorry for her. Lynch said Charlotte held the division for four years before she took it over, and now she’s main eventing ‘Mania.

Daniel Bryan left Vince McMahon’s office saying he spoke with the chairman about Kofi Kingston, who proceeded to booked him in a tag team match with Rowan against Kevin Owens and Mustafa Ali for later in the evening.

3. Rey Mysterio and R-Truth defeated Samoa Joe and Andrade. Mysterio pinned Joe with a victory roll. After the match, Joe laid out Truth and Andrade.

4. Daniel Bryan and Rowan defeated Kevin Owens and Mustafa Ali. Rowan pinned Ali after landing the Iron Claw.

Vince McMahon said he had an opportunity for Kofi Kingston to earn a WWE title shot at WrestleMania. New Day interrupted McMahon and said Kofi deserves better. McMahon said Kofi doesn’t deserve anything. Kofi said he’s never complained about anything, including that McMahon has never allowed someone like him to compete or contend for the title. He told McMahon to tell him what he can do so he can do it. McMahon said all Kofi has to do is beat Randy Orton, Samoa Joe, The Bar and Rowan in a gauntlet match next week and he’ll be going to WrestleMania.
