WWE Smackdown Live Results:

— The show opened with Randy Orton in the ring, but he is soon interrupted by Jinder Mahal. Mahal showed Orton pictures from his photoshoot with the stolen WWE Championship. Kevin Owens, AJ Styles, and Baron Corbin all came out to voice their various objections. Sami Zayn ran to the ring and attacked Corbin, setting up a six-man tag team match.

1. Natalya defeated Becky Lynch. Natalya won by getting a pinfall on a distraction rollup.

— Backstage, Naomi, Becky and Charlotte Flair issued a challenge to the Welcoming Committee for a six-person tag team match at Backlash.

— There was another vignette for Lana’s impending debut.

— Breezango starred in another episode of “Fashion Files.”

2. Erick Rowan defeated Luke Harper. Rowan won by pinfall after hitting a new finisher.

— Dolph Ziggler came to the ring to run down Shinsuke Nakamura again. Nakamura came out and challenged him to a match tonight. Ziggler declined and said he would fight him at Backlash. Ziggler went to leave, but cheap-shotted Nakamura instead.

3. Breezango defeated The Ascension. After the match, The Usos came out and cut a promo on Breezango to hype their tag title match at Backlash.

4. Jinder Mahal, Baron Corbin and Kevin Owens defeated Randy Orton, Sami Zayn and AJ Styles. Mahal pinned Orton to pick up the victory for his team.
