CeeLo Clears The Air And Comforts Fans Following That Horrifying Cell Phone Explosion Video

Fret not, music fans. CeeLo Green is alive and well! Earlier today the Goodie Mob member had everyone inquiring about his health after “leaked” CCTV footage depicted him as the latest victim of an exploding phone. While on a phone call, CeeLo’s phone explodes and knocks him to the floor where he remained motionless before the video ends with visual effects. Obviously, it prompted fans to pay for CeeLo and all that good shit, but it was all for nothing because CeeLo is fine. As it turns out, the horrifying video was just a clip from his upcoming music video. Meaning it was all fake, fake, fakety fake-fake.

CeeLo appeared on Facebook to clear the air and thank his remaining fans for their well-wishes.

I just wanna let everyone know that I am alive and I’m well and I’m okay. Truthfully I’m really upset that anybody had to be emotionally disturbed by what they saw today. And actually what you saw today was a clip from a smaller video that we were shooting for a new project that I’m doing called, Gnarly Davidson. It’s supposed to set up and introduce the new character identity. Forgive me. I’m still gonna release the music, though. But for anyone that loves me and cares about me, I’m okay.

I guess now is the perfect time to say CeeLo has new music coming. The Gnarls Barkley member is going solo under the name Gnarly Davidson. Gnarly’s “mixed tape” drops, if he was smart, now, but probably in the coming weeks or months.

Now Samsung can move on from this terrible, terrible stunt.
