When he debuted his artsy-fartsy video for “Famous” last month, Kanye Kardashian tweeted that he wanted someone to sue him. “Someone” as in any one of the celebrities who Kanye used their likeness for in those creepy-looking wax figures. Now Yeezy may be getting his wish.

Ray J, who starred in Kim Kardashian’s tepid adult film in 2007 which then launched the reality star into super stardom, may be suing Kanye, per his business manager David Weintraub. Apparently, the R&B singer is tired of the producer name-dropping and referencing him about as often as Kim gets naked.

“We’re talking about potentially doing something,” Weintraub told The Heat. “There’s too many times Kanye has done this. You can’t really continue to use people’s likenesses without either compensation or clearance.” Kanye also reference Ray J on Pablo track, “Highlights,” rapping, “I bet me and Ray J would be friends if we ain’t love the same b*tch. Yeah, he might have hit it first. Only problem is I’m rich.”

Weintraub added that the “Famous” video is “like the fourth time in six months Kanye has done this.” So now Ray J discussing legal options. “There were discussions, but it’s getting old, so our legal team is working out what we want to do with everything.”

Kanye can probably counter with Ray J’s “I Hit It First.”
