Drake’s Beef With Meek Mill Has Cut Him Off From Another Rapper Too

More than a year since Meek Mill exposed Drake for using ghostwriters their beef still lives on, and according to Rick Ross it won’t be ending anytime soon.

Ross sat down with N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN for the ever-popular Drink Champs podcast and naturally conversation shifted towards the beef. While Rozay may have been a bit more diplomatic about the tussle in the past, he pulled no punches on the podcast and doubled down on his backing of his MMG artist Meek. When Noreaga asked about Ross’ denial that Meek lost, he quipped “Just on some G-sh*t, n***a ain’t lose to nobody. Ya’ll better study the game and how the game goes.”

From there, Ricky confirmed that he hasn’t spoken to Drake since the spat began and said he’s unwilling to sit down and squash it with a firm “No.” He also took a slight shot at Drake and Cash Money Records’ business practices, “I don’t know what their business is like, I don’t know what’s touching the bank account.

As far as a sit down or ending the beef, Ross was uninterested and if anything it appears he’d rather things remain tense going forward. “You either be G enough to whatever the issue is, n***as bring it to the table or you just let it go out of control and see what happens. I always been one of them ni**as,” he said. “When I first spoke about it on The Breakfast Club, I was speaking in a peaceful tone because that’s my way of telling ni**as, ‘y’all ni**as need to tighten up,’ so ni**as can get it right.” Then he warned, “Because if you assuming a ni**a respects whoever your big homie is, you’re wrong.”

Despite Ross’ previously friendly relationship with Drake, he warned that if the beef continues he’s willing to hop in and get more involved. “If its gotta go there man, Renzel gon’ jump off the porch on your ass.” So while public interest may be waning as it pertains to Drake and Meek, Ross hopping in might jumpstart everything, just in time for Meek to drop Dreamchasers 4, coincidentally.
