Happy Thursday, and happy New Year, everybody. Our first Ask Alan of 2016 comes a day earlier than usual because I’m otherwise busy heading to LA for the winter TCA press tour. (For those who don’t know what that’s about, here’s my press tour explainer.)
On this week’s episode, I cop to TV moments that choked me up over the years, explain why you should watch the two seasons of “Fargo” in the order in which they aired, rather than the order in which they were set, and look back at a few examples of TV shows that shifted from a half-hour to an hour, or vice versa.
