Earlier this week, CBS announced a new “Star Trek” series will be debuting in 2017, but after the pilot will be available only on the CBS All Access digital subscription service. Unsurprisingly, I got a lot of questions about both the deal and “Trek” in general, which inspired a largely “Star Trek”-themed installment of Ask Alan.
I also touched on the bizarre role reversal where I find myself watching a lot of CW shows and almost no NBC shows, which I wouldn't have believed even a couple of years ago. That's all embedded below.
