‘Banshee’ stars talk fight scenes and Lucas Hood’s real name

As I wrote a few weeks ago, Cinemax's “Banshee” has become a show I enjoy an awful lot, and as a result it was a pleasure to get to moderate a Q&A in Los Angeles last night with the show's co-creator, Jonathan Tropper, and stars Antony Starr and Ivana Milicevic. First, we screened the pulp drama's next episode – and for those of you who weren't there but want a taste of it before it airs tomorrow night at 10, we have an exclusive clip above, in which we get a better sense of one of this season's villains, the imposing Colonel Douglas Stowe – and then we did a mixture of my questions, fan questions from Facebook, and ones from the people who came to the event.

Our video team was in the theater and has begun cutting together highlights of the event, starting off with a trio of social media questions. Look for a more extended highlight package on the blog on Monday.

First up, we talked about whether the actors ever injure each other while filming the fight scenes:

Then, related to that, we had a probing question about Lucas Hood's healing powers:

And Tropper and the actors talked about Hood's real name, or lack thereof:

Enjoy.
