For most, July 4 is a day off work and an opportunity to down as many beers, hamburgers and hot dogs as the human body can possibly handle. And that’s perfectly fine. Just remember to drink one in honor of the men and women in uniform around the world and their sacrifices.

The past week or so I’ve missed this “Going Home” video ESPN has been sharing and had no clue what it was about. Now I do and look, I’m just going to leave it here. If you’re like me, by the end of the clip tears may or may not be streaming down your face seeing these military members reunited with their families. And for the parents out there reading this? Good luck trying to keep it together.

Respect to the troops stationed worldwide. Pay homage or K’s vomit.
