The RZA’s upcoming film, The Man With The Iron Fists, with Quentin Tarantino doesn’t drop until after Halloween, but that isn’t slowing leaks from its eccentric movie soundtrack. Fuse TV released the RZA’s collaboration with The Black Keys entitled “The Baddest Man Alive,” which brings the two former BlakRoc partners back together for another run at gritty Hip-Hop-meets-blue collar-rock experimentation. “The Baddest Man Alive” has the distinct flavor of the Wu Tang Clan’s elder statesman’s barebones production combined with Auerbach’s gravelly vocals and Patrick Carney’s devil-may-care drum assassination.

And since we’re already here, we may as well add in another record from the soundtrack, “Six Directions Of Boxing,” featuring vocals from GZA, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, Masta Killa, U-God and Cappadonna. The OST is shaping up nicely at this point so let’s hope the movie keeps pace, otherwise we’ll have another entry on our recent list.
