‘The Steve Austin Show’ Is Why The Internet Was Invented

One of the reasons Stone Cold Steve Austin* is one of the most popular wrestlers of all time is his ability to steal the show on the mic. In fact, in the height of his popularity, he wasn’t even that great of a wrestler because he was battling serious neck injuries. Still, he was an undeniable badass talker.

That’s why his podcast is an absolute dream come true. Austin basically shoots the caca with any and everyone you’d ever want him to – Bret Hart, Jim Ross, Kevin Nash, Kurt Angle – in pure, uncensored, candid fashion. Austin curses like a sailor and if flat-out hilarious. Which makes me wonder why USA never renewed Tough Enough like they should have.

Anyway, we’ve included to key excerpts — one on Kevin Nash, the other on Shawn Michaels – below. After checking those, head over to Austin’s site and listen to one of my favorite things on the entire Internet. You’re welcome.

SAS-EP#10 – Kevin Nash (Part 1)

SAS-EP#2 – Shawn Michaels (Steve’s former wrestling ring nemesis)

* – He’s just “Steve Austin” now as WWE owns the rights to “Stone Cold” but you know who I’m talking about.
