“Everybody wants to use me on every level…I have no friends, I have no resting place. I never sleep. I can never close my eyes.”

Blank On Blank, a PBS web series that animates journalists’ interviews, takes Entertainment Weekly writer Benjamin Svetkey 1994 conversation with Tupac and paints a picture bringing their words to life. The combination satiates the Internets desire for visuals but doesn’t betray the lasting image of who the man was as an artist.

The end product is a pure, unadulterated vision of ‘Pac in his own words as he speaks bluntly on life’s varying circumstances and how he envisions of his death.
