School Of Hard Chops: The Great Khali Is Opening A Wrestling Academy

Let’s say, for some misinformed reason, you want to become a pro wrestler – where would The Great Khali place on your list of potential trainers? Somewhere below Nathan Jones and Heidenreich, right? Maybe above Giant Gonzalez considering he’s no longer alive. Maybe.

But hey, it’s always good to have options, and according to The Hidunstan Times, you’ll soon be able train at The Great Khali’s Punjabi wrestling academy. Admittedly, I haven’t had a look at ol’ Khali U’s curriculum, but I’m guessing you start off with Brain Chops 101, move onto Punjabi Prison History, then finish with some one-on-one relationship advice from Khali himself…

If you show up at 9, I imagine you can get your diploma before lunch.

The goal of Khali’s school is to train Indian wrestlers for a wrestling show that will be part of the 2018 Indian National Games. Man, with that much planning time, I’m expecting this to be the best-booked show of all time. Khali had this to say about his new project…

“I am in the field of wrestling for the past 14 years. Now I want to do something for those who wanted to make their career in wrestling. It is very unfortunate that youth of the country is involved in drug addiction.”

Aw, well, I can’t be snarky about this now. Get your brains off drugs and get them on brain chops, kids.
