Here’s A 21-Year-Old André The Giant Killing It In A ’60s French Martial Arts Movie

Via YouTube:

This is a clip of a scene from some Kung Fu movie that a young Andre The Giant was in. I do not know the name of the movie. If you know, please let me know in the comments. It’s quite surprising seeing how fast and in shape he was back then for all of us who only remembered him from his days in the WWF.

We can help you with that. It’s from the 1967 French martial arts classic Casse-tête chinois pour le judoka, or Chinese Headache for Judoka. If you’ve never seen it — and you haven’t — the IMDB plot description is AMAZING. “Judoka Marc Saint-Clair tries to save the world from nuclear disaster fighting Chinese and Russians.” Along the way, he battles “Fighter,” played by a 21-year-old André Roussimoff, who looks like somebody gamma radiated Walt, Jr. from Breaking Bad, and he’s throwing massive judo chops. It’s the best.

Also, be sure to notice how much of a movie about a judoka fighting to prevent nuclear war takes place on some gym mats. The only thing we want now is André the Giant vs. Ronda Rousey.
