ESPN’s Latest College Football Commercial Is Here To Get You Even More Hyped For The Season

College football is the best thing on Earth and fortunately we’re only 21 days away from the first football-filled Saturday of the year. There are plenty of ways to react to this fact, namely convincing yourself that your team has a shot at winning this year’s playoff (unless you’re an Ohio State fan, because your team is probably going to win this year’s playoff), but while you’re doing that, watch ESPN’s latest amazing College Football Playoff commercial.

This video is spectacular. I’m a fan of a team that’s not even in this video, and I’m 100 percent convinced that we’re going to win a national title this year just because of Urban Meyer sitting in a dimly lit room talking while rolls of toilet paper fall out of the sky above Texas A&M’s stadium and purple bear traps that have the TCU logo on them are scattered across a road. Some bald Notre Dame fans even got their heads spray painted gold so they look like the Fighting Irish’s helmets while a small militia of Michigan men decided to wear Jim Harbaugh’s sweater and khakis while marching towards something.

ESPN has released several College Football Playoff commercials, and all of them have been excellent, but this one is a cut above the rest. This year’s Playoff semifinals will take place on Dec. 31, 2015 at the Orange Bowl and Cotton Bowl, while the National Championship Game will take place in Glendale, Arizona on Jan. 11, 2016.
