The Bengals Tried To Throw A Jump Ball To An O-Lineman And The Result Was Probably What You’d Expect

The Bengals tried to get a little too cute in the red zone against the Rams on Sunday, as they went for a jump ball to offensive lineman Jake Fisher in the end zone.

Shockingly, it did not go well for them, as the 300-pound Fisher didn’t even come close to grabbing it (despite his serious ups) and it was broken up by the Rams’ Darren Bates.

Fortunately for Cincinnati, the pass was ruled incomplete after a review, because if they had lost a scoring chance after getting picked off throwing a jump ball to a lineman, they might never have lived it down.
