Austin Rivers is one of the most readily picked-on players in the NBA. That’s just his cross to bear as long as he plays for the team coached and general managed by his dad, as long as he has a boyish face with a small goatee, and as long as his game is one-dimensional and played with an exaggerated sense of self-importance. It’s not just opponents who love to troll Rivers, though — teammates Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan love to get in on the act as well.
Something must have happened offline between them on Thursday night, because Rivers posted this selfie calling out Griffin and Jordan. Well, youngblood, it’s a bad move to call out your elders.
