This Kentucky Fan Dropped A Young Girl In His Horrible Attempt At Being A Showman

If you’ve attended a sporting event, there’s a good chance you’ve come across a fan who gets a taste of the spotlight and then proceeds to do anything in their power to hold onto that 15 seconds of fame. Sometimes it can go well, but sometimes people bite off more than they can chew and throw it all away.

I think we can throw this Kentucky fan into that latter category. The spotlight was on him during a break in the action in the Wildcats game against Georgia at Rupp Arena on Monday night, and he was loving it. Dressed in a fedora, sunglasses and a shirt that read ‘Call Me’ (an ensemble that should be known as “frat boy camouflage”), the older gentleman danced up a storm with some pretty basic “dad moves.”

Seeing how much fun he was having, a young girl decided to join him, and that’s when things took a turn for the worse.

Dancing Dude attempted to pick up the younger lady (hopefully they knew each other, because otherwise that’s a weird move) and slide/shuffle down the staircase railing in a display that he likely expected would make the crowd go nuts. That decision proved to be ill-advised, though, because this happened:

You either sit down a hero, or you show off long enough to see yourself become the villain. Thankfully, everyone seemed to be okay after the spill. That means you can laugh and we now get to break down the tape.

Look at how many people looked into the future and saw this stunt going rather poorly.

And here’s the exact moment this poor girl realized her participation was an egregious mistake. Just look at the regret.

But, amidst all the chaos, at least this guy seemed to enjoy himself.
