Louis C.K. Bought Babe Ruth’s Old House In The Hamptons For $2.4 Million

Like almost everything that we’ve seen on Louie, the recent episode that featured Louis C.K. bombing at Jerry Seinfeld’s charity event in the Hamptons was painfully and hilariously awkward. But the comic must have absolutely loved the experience, because he decided to stick around and purchase a home in the swank New York community. Louis shelled out a whopping $2.49 million for the Primrose Cottage that was once the place where Babe Ruth spent his summers, according to the New York Post, and he’ll definitely have plenty of space to hunt for the ghost of the Babe, because the home features 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms within a total of 4,957 square feet. Don’t let anyone ever tell you that money can’t buy a grumpy, old comic happiness.
