Martellus Bennett Trashes The St. Louis Rams In An Amusing Postgame Interview

The Chicago Bears are finally starting to turn it around. After an abysmal start to the season and a horrific loss to the lowly Detroit Lions in Week 5, things are starting to look up. Last week, it was a gritty come-from-behind victory on the road in San Diego. On Sunday, it was an absolute shellacking of the St. Louis Rams, a 37-13 win that was never close after the second quarter. They look like they found a diamond in the rough with former Michigan State RB Jeremy Langford, who has filled in quite nicely (and then some) in Matt Forte’s absence. His 324 yards and three touchdowns in two weeks is an impressive stat line, perhaps even more so because he was taken in the fourth round.

But back to the shellacking of the Rams, a team Martellus Bennett called “Seattle’s little brother” in this postgame interview.

“I consider St. Louis Seattle’s little brother. So, it’s a bunch of frontrunners; 97, he’s a little b*tch, and, um, overall, I’m just happy to kick their ass.

Martellus Bennett keepin’ it real, y’all. The hate between Chicago and St. Louis remains both very amusing and very stupid. Oh yeah, by the way, No. 97 is Eugene Sims. I don’t think Martellus Bennett likes him very much.
