This Would-Be Thief Mistakenly Thought He Could Rob A Shop Next To A Krav Maga Class

David Menzies is a fearless man. David Menzies is also a stupid man. Stupidity mixed with fearlessness usually equals disaster and that’s what happened with Menzies’ plan to rob a Florida bike store. The plan seemed smart, almost fool proof. Break the window of said bike shop and casually begin to put the stolen bike merchandise  into a nearby Jeep you told the dealership you were taking for a test drive.

The only problem is that Menzies decided to rob a bike store that was next to a Krav Maga class.

Members heard Menzies break the window of the bike shop and saw him load up his car with approximately $15,000 of bike merchandise. Hammerfist Krav Maga co-owner Jason Carrio confronted Menzies, who decided to go the route of ignoring all questions. When told by Carrio the cops had been called, Menzies claimed he was going to get in the car and wait.

Surprisingly Carrio didn’t buy the obvious lie and soon used his Krav Maga moves to easily take down Menzies and held him until the cops showed up.

Fearless and stupidity people. This is what it gets you.
