It took 13 seasons, but Family Guy finally made a joke about the Canadian Football League. If you didn’t catch it, you can check it out in the video above. But, basically it portrays a CFL version of Hard Knocks as two players hanging out on a field and saying nice things to each other (which is probably an accurate representation of what a CFL version of Hard Knocks would be like).
Apparently, the Argonauts really liked the bit, so much so that they had two players reenact the scene in a video that was posted on the squad’s official YouTube page on Thursday.
The two Argonauts players are long snapper Jake Reinhart and long snapper Dan MacDonald, who also voiced the two players in the original bit. If the whole football thing doesn’t work out for them, maybe they have a future career as voiceover artists.
