Vontaze Burfict probably doesn’t have gills, but this personal foul call he drew was incredibly fishy.
Burfict and Steve Smith Sr. are going at it in today’s Ravens vs. Bengals game. The Cincinnati defender drew a personal foul call by basically pretending his skeletal structure turned to jelly. Smith did get a helmet into his torso while he was getting up, but come on man.

That’s flop city right there. The announcers were not fooled, but of course, National Football League officials.
Then again, consider who committed the penalty and how he’s always been really good at this sort of thing.

Knowing Burfict, he could end up committing a personal foul that evens this up sometime during today’s game. So it goes with him.
