You Can Win A Lot Of Money If You Can Beat Roy Jones, Jr. In A Boxing Match

The last time we saw Roy Jones, Jr. in a boxing ring, it didn’t go well. The legendary fighter ate a huge right hand from Enzo Maccarinelli that knocked him out cold. It was kind of hard to watch, as the 46-year-old got dropped like a bad habit at the hands of the 35-year-old Brit, and if you’re a fan of Jones going back to when he was one of the best boxers in the world, it was a really jarring experience.

But Jones, despite falling to 62-9 over his lengthy career with the loss, has no plans of slowing down any time soon. He has a new fight on the horizon on March 20 against…well, if you want, it could maybe be against you. As we mentioned yesterday, there’s a really weird show coming up on the digital channel URShow.tv, and it will host an iPPV called UR Fight. The main attraction is a wrestling match between Kurt Angle and Rey Mysterio, and while it will feature things like MMA and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, the most intriguing thing on the card is the boxing match between Jones and a fan.

As Jones says in the video above, the person who he boxes has the chance to win $100,000 if they can knock him out. If you’re interested, send in a video on why you deserve to fight Jones. And if you get selected and win, just remember that I was the one who pointed this out to you and I could use, like, $10k to pay some bills.
