Two of my favorite TV things of 2014 were (1) Review, Andy Daly’s hilarious Comedy Central mockumentary series, and (2) Allison Tolman’s performance as Minnesota detective Molly Solverson in FX’s reimagining of Fargo, so I’m gonna go right ahead and file this next thing under Great News: Tolman will guest star on Review next season. According to EW, she will show up in the Season 2 premiere as a nurse named Marisa who ends up getting involved in Daly’s character’s “foray into ‘blackmail.'” Yes. YES. And this is in addition to Tolman’s upcoming turn as Pam’s “far, far worse” sister in Season 6 of Archer. The woman knows her way around a guest appearance.
The only downside here is that Season 2 of Review doesn’t kick off until Summer 2015, which is too far away. We still have all of winter and spring before that. Totally unacceptable. My only chance of making it is hibernating until about April and opening up this GIF as soon as I wake up. You are welcome to join me.
