Bill Burr stopped by Conan last night to ruffle a few feathers and promote his latest standup special, I’m Sorry You Feel That Way, which premieres on Netflix today. As you might remember, the last time Burr sat down with Mr. O’Brien, he cultivated a mountain of butthurt with his comments about women being secretly out to ruin the NFL for men.

As fans of Burr and his standup — not to mention the excellent Monday Morning Podcast — know, Bill isn’t one to pacify overreactions to comedy. So it should come as no surprise that he used last night’s appearance to pour an extra layer of hilarious gasoline on his original Women vs. The NFL wildfire: now he wants all of those reactionary anti-abuse “No More” commercials removed from NFL broadcasts.

And he has a point: “I’m sitting down, watching a game, and all of a sudden I start getting reprimanded like I know a woman that’s getting beaten and I’m not saying anything,” the bit starts. “It’s like, wait a minute, I didn’t do this. You guys did this. Don’t try and turn this around on me. The NFL should be watching this commercial!”

And he didn’t stop there. Pushing through more than a few awkward silences, Burr continued to drive home the point that he doesn’t need constant reminders of human misery when he’s trying to kick back and watch the big game.
