Enjoy This Meteorologist’s Lively Improvised Forecast After His Weather Map Goes On The Fritz

Major kudos are in order for Cory McCloskey, a Phoenix weatherman who turned what could’ve easily been a painfully embarrassing technical snafu into a hilarious forecast segment.

During a recent FOX 10 broadcast, McCloskey’s weather map mistakenly displayed astronomically high temperatures. (Wickenburg, Arizona is never anywhere close to 2,385 °F, global warming or not!) However, instead of totally losing his sh*t and going into panic mode — like most of us probably would — McCloskey kept his composure and even played along for the duration of the report, improvising with little quips here and there. The best is when he, with such a believably sincere tone, implied that local residents ought to consider evacuating their unusually steamy cities.
